Missing or wrong item in parcel?
I take a lot of care in processing your order but I am only human and sometimes make mistakes. If there is a mistake with your order please get in touch as soon as you can so I can quickly remedy the situation and get the correct order to you.
I check over all items before they are sent to ensure they are in their best condition. If you do receive a product with a fault, please email me a photo and description so I can arrange a replacement for you (at no cost). If we are unable to replace your item you are welcome to a store credit or a refund. Please note we must be notified within 30 days of receiving your product.
If your parcel has arrived damaged, please get in touch with me asap so I can follow up with our courier company and also arrange a replacement of your damaged items. We will require a photo and description of the damages to file a complaint with the courier.
If your packaging is damaged but the goods are fine we would also like to know so we can follow this up or upgrade our packaging.
Please note we must be notified within 30 days of receiving your product.

Unfortunately, as most orders are customised to suit you we do not offer refunds for a change of mind. Please make sure you choose carefully.
